On March 3, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council released the latest list of “Double-Hundred Action” enterprises for SOE reforms. Xiamen C&D Group appeared on the list. 

According to media reports, the “Double-Hundred Action” program is a special initiative for SOE reforms organized by the Leadership Group of SOE Reforms under the State Council. The program is aimed at promoting comprehensive reforms, achieving breakthroughs in major sectors and key areas for reform, and building a number of pioneering SOEs in reforms. These exemplary SOEs will create a powerful force for the comprehensive deepening of SOE reforms, thereby building up the momentum for the full reform of SOEs and injecting fresh vitality into SOEs.
