On June 15, C&D Emerging Industry Equity Investment Co., Ltd. issued RMB 800 million worth of non-public, corporate innovation and entrepreneurship bonds (Phase I) to professional investors, setting a record-low issuance interest rate among bonds of the same rating and maturity in Xiamen.

The C&D subsidiary has so far been the only entity that is authorized to issue innovation and entrepreneurship bonds to private fund managers in Fujian Province.
